32" - 34" (81 - 86cm) - 2 x 400gm balls;
36" - 38" (91 - 97cm) - 2 x 400gm balls;
40" - 42" (102-107cm) - 3 x 400gms balls;
44" - 46" (112 - 117cm) - 3 x 400gm balls.
