12" (31cm) - 1 x 100gm ball;
14" (36cm) - 1 x 100gm ball;
16" (41cm) - 1 x 100gm ball;
18" (46cm) - 1 x 100gm ball;
20" (51cm) - 2 x 100gm balls.

YOU WILL ALSO NEED:
Size 3.25mm and 4mm knitting needles.
Stitch holders.
Buttons for round neck: 4[4:5:5:5].
Buttons for V-Neck: 3[3:4:4:4].
Buttons for Sweater: 2.
